Every card of the set with a verified market (3+ listings used) at the review, 10 at least; value-weighted, so it moves with what one of each of them costs, like a cap-weighted index, and the dearest cards move it most. A card with no fresh figure carries its last for up to 35 days (the chase cards are re-read daily or weekly, the rest monthly or less often). Asking prices of live eBay UK listings verified as each card, not sales. Members are reviewed on the 1st of each month; a review or a re-base starts a new segment chained to the last close, so neither moves the index. Until every card in the catalogue has been read once (the first pass), it is also reviewed at each day's close, so the cards verified that day join it from the next close without moving it.
